General

For our Bounce Houses, and some of the slides and other inflatables, 1 electric 1 horsepower or 1.5 horsepower electric blower is used to keep it inflated. For larger inflatables 2 electric blowers are used to keep it inflated. The electric blower needs to be within 100 feet of an electrical outlet and Funtime will supply 100ft extension cords with each rental.
With our online booking system, we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can book anytime by going to our home page (funtimems.com) and clicking on your desired inflatable. On the individual product screen you should see where it says ‘CLICK HERE TO BOOK ONLINE NOW.’ Click that and it will take you through the online booking process. Office hours are as follows if you would like to come in and book, ask a question, or see our products: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Once you book either by contacting the office or online booking, you will be emailed a rental contract that must be signed and returned to the office before delivery of the inflatable.
We are licensed and insured and can provide our state business license and insurance certificate if needed.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks or CASH....
Things happen, we understand, and if you need to cancel or postpone the event your payment can be applied to your next rental with us.
Booking online payment must be made in full. If you contact the office payment in full must be collected before delivery of the inflatable. Drivers/Delivery guys will not leave inflatable unless payment is received, unless you have made other arrangements with the office.
Inflatables can be set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, they cannot be set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps
Our inflatables require at least 5 feet of clearance on all slides to operate correctly. The area must be clear of rocks, sticks, stumps, and be (more or less) level.
Customers will have to setup a time during the week for a rental to be dropped off. The office is not opened on Sundays and all weekend inflatables are due to be turned back in by Monday at Noon. If not turned in by Monday Noon (and no prior arrangements have been made) the deposit will be forfeited.

Uncontrolled water like rain on the bounce houses, slides, and other inflatables can be lots of fun but does increase risk of injury.  If it does begin to rain heavily on the bounce houses or other inflatables here are 3 steps that need to be taken:

  1. Get everyone out or off the inflatable
  2. Power down the electric blower and get the blower out of the rain
  3. Get as much water off the inflatable before inflating it again.
You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds, using silly string in the unit, moving the unit to a location other than where it was originally setup.) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We do not want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator. If you are concerned we recommend purchasing our Equipment Protection Plan which will protect you from damage of the unit and is available for only $10.
